Suzanne helped us purchase our Snowcreek townhouse. I think our deal would have fallen through if we had been working with another agent. While willing to show us anything we asked to see ( and we requested to see a lot of houses, foreclosures and condos in Mammoth and Crowley Lake) she quickly got a sense of what we really would like and she was "spot on" in picking the places that were good fits and never suggested we see properties that were a waste of our time. Suzanne does whatever it takes to keep her customers happy, even showing our property to potential renters (on her own time and for free) and coming over with a product to repair scrathes in the woodwork and helping to do the polishing! Suzanne knows "who is who" in Mammoth and can facilitiate the conversations and fact- finding that make transactions go more smoothly. She also knows the hidden problems with certain complexes or neighborhoods. If she doesn't know the answer to a question she takes the intiative to find out and get back to you quickly. She also has a good idea of what places should sell for and, I think, would be equally effective in representing the sellers' interests as she was for us as buyers. SInce you are likely to spend a lot of time working with your realtor why not pick someone knowledgable, hardworking, ethical, detail-oriented, pleasant and fun? If these qualities are important to you, you can't go wrong with Suzanne!

I believe what my situation was would be considered a nightmare to all involved, Suzanne handled it to the end, good to her word and got it sold! After several years of coming to Mammoth, last year I decided that it was time to buy a condo. I had spoken to several realtors throughout the years but decided that I needed somebody dedicated to working with me. I set aside some time one day to call some local Mammoth realtors.

My first call was to Coldwell Banker. I was transferred to Suzanne Baker. I advised Suzanne of my needs and requirements. I immediately felt a comfort level with Suzanne. Trying to balance travel from L.A. to Mammoth along with activities and house hunting can be a time consuming daunting task.  Patience is highly recommended. The coming winter months made it difficult to get access to available properties, as the quality ones are usually rented during this period. Suzanne kept me informed of the market conditions and available listings during this period. I refocused my efforts during the spring and identified a few possibilities.  Suzanne was very diligent sending me info and pictures of the properties that I was looking for. I identified a unit and put an offer in.  It was accepted and within 30 days I became the proud owner of my dream vacation condo!!!

Suzanne’s efforts did not end when escrow closed.  She has been very helpful with suggestions and recommendation of contractors. I now have my local Mammoth realtor and a trusted friend!
