Bluebird Days in Mammoth and the Eastern Sierra

Real estate in Mammoth, June Lake and the Eastern Sierra, in general, is still a great value and people who were priced out of the market are now finding that they, too, are able to own a piece of paradise. We are still experiencing a number of foreclosures and probably will for some time to come. The word in the media is that interest rates will increase in 2011. We will have to see but, if you have been thinking about buying property here, the time is now!
